Who We Are

Dedicated to the people who need support most

At FlexCare, every person is at the heart of everything we do. We believe that quality support begins with listening, understanding and building genuine relationships. Our purpose is to empower people to live life on their own terms, with choice, independence, dignity and confidence.

Our experienced and compassionate team provides personalised support for people living with physical disability, intellectual disability, autism, acquired brain injury, psychosocial disability and complex support needs. We recognise that no two people are the same, which is why we take the time to understand each person's goals, preferences, strengths and aspirations.

Working in partnership with participants, families, carers and allied health professionals, we deliver support that is tailored, respectful and responsive to changing needs. Whether it's assistance with daily living, community participation or achieving personal goals, we are committed to providing consistent, high-quality care that enhances wellbeing and creates meaningful opportunities for people to live the life they choose.

At FlexCare, we don't just provide support. We build trusted relationships, celebrate individual achievements and walk alongside every person on their journey towards greater independence and a fulfilling life.

Support that grows with you

We understand that life changes, and support needs can change too.

That's why we take the time to get to know each participant and build supports around their goals, preferences, and daily life. As those needs evolve, we're ready to adapt — whether that means a little more help, a more structured routine, or higher levels of support.

Our commitment is to walk alongside participants and their families, providing reliable, compassionate support that grows with them and helps them live the life they choose.

What Drives Us

Our Mission & Vision

Two commitments that guide everything we do.

Our Mission

To deliver dignified, high-quality disability support that empowers every participant to build the independence, wellbeing and community connection they deserve — on their own terms.

Our Vision

An Australia where every person living with disability receives support that is respectful, flexible and naturally woven into community life — not a system they are fitted around.

What Drives Us

Our core values

These principles guide every interaction, every plan and every support session delivered by our team.

Dignity & Respect

Everyone deserves to be treated with kindness, respect, and dignity. We take the time to listen, understand what matters to each person, and provide support in a way that honours their choices, culture, and individuality. Our goal is for every participant to feel truly Valued • Seen • Heard.

Strengths-Based Practice

We believe every person has strengths, talents, and potential. Rather than focusing on what someone can't do, we focus on what they can do and walk alongside them as they build confidence, learn new skills, and work towards the goals that matter most to them.

Transparency

Trust starts with honest communication. We believe in being open, reliable, and respectful in every conversation, so participants and families always know what to expect and feel comfortable asking questions or sharing their concerns.

Consistency

The best support comes from relationships built over time. That's why we aim to provide familiar support workers who take the time to get to know each participant, creating trust, stability, and a sense of security. This is especially important for people who need more structured or higher levels of support.

Collaboration

No one should feel like they're navigating life alone. We work closely with participants, families, carers, Support Coordinators, Recovery Coaches, Allied Health professionals, and everyone involved in a participant's journey. By working together, we can provide support that is consistent, meaningful, and centred around the person.

Safety First

Feeling safe is the foundation of good support. Whether someone needs a little extra help or lives with more complex support needs, we are committed to providing care that is safe, respectful, professional, and tailored to the individual. Every participant deserves to feel secure, supported, and cared for.
